From indoor temporary signage to tough signage that will last outside while also looking elegant and professional, Castle Promotions will work with you to select the correct material to use.

Foamex Sign Printing

The first option for signage is Foamex, which is a rigid hard-wearing PVC foam that is compressed to form a lightweight 100% weatherproof board. Suitable for short and medium-term outdoor use.

Correx Sign Printing

A second option is Correx, a lightweight and 100% weatherproof corrugated material. Ideal for outdoor temporary signage, it is more suited to information and warning signs rather than display signs.

Dibond Sign Printing

The final option is Dibond, an aluminium composite sheet. Rigid, lightweight, super strong and weatherproof, Dibond is ideal for semi-permanent outdoor application and has a great surface for printing on to.

Is signage expensive?

Signage can vary a great deal depending on the type of materials we use. From budget materials up to long lasting ones that will last for years, we have options to suit most budgets and can explain quite simply what the differences will be.

Can you fit my custom printed signage on site?

We do offer a fitting service for those based in the Norwich and Norfolk area. We look at each signage fitting job individually, anything we cannot help you with our team of external fitters will definitely be able to handle. But don’t worry, we will take care of everything.

What are the differences between foamex, dibond and correx board?

Foamex, dibond, and correx board are all types of rigid materials that are commonly used for indoor and outdoor signage, displays, and exhibition graphics. The main differences between them lie in their composition, strength, durability, and suitability for different applications. Foamex is a lightweight and affordable foam PVC board that is suitable for short-term indoor use and offers good print quality. Dibond is a strong and durable aluminum composite material that is weather-resistant, suitable for outdoor use and offers excellent print quality. Correx is a corrugated polypropylene board that is lightweight, inexpensive, and suitable for temporary signage and exhibition graphics. Each material has its unique advantages and limitations, and choosing the right one depends on your specific needs and budget.
