How quick can you supply a quote and turn my job round?

Once we receive your enquiry, we always try to get quotes back on the same day they arrive. Usually, we aim to get most jobs back to the customer in under 5 working days. But as our customers will tell you, it’s not unusual for us to turn jobs around on the same day. It really depends on the size and complexity of the job.

I don’t have any print ready artwork, what do I do?

You wouldn’t be the first or the last. Give us a call, our in house design team are very good and quite often can recreate artwork very quickly, allowing us to produce great results. Whatever you do have is always a great help. You can email us your artwork electronically and we will call you back with a solution.

Can you guarantee my price for 12 months?

Sadly not always, whilst our labour costs have not changed for years, we are, like everyone in manufacturing, experiencing many raw material cost increases, so the quotes we supply may need to be re-costed after several weeks. But we always do what we can to keep our prices keen and our service sharp.
