Our screen printed machine plates are custom made to match your individual needs. You can choose from various materials. Single to full colour print. Our plates are extremely durable & long lasting and are available with strong adhesives or drill holes to finish.

We are able to screen print onto a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, wood, plastics and vinyls. We have years of experience working in the off shore sector, supplying decals and branding to many deep sea companies. These products include items such as signage, self-adhesive gaskets and printed graphic overlays.

About our Machine Plate Printing

Silk Screen Printing is a traditional printing process that goes back years. Still adopting this tried and tested method, the ink coverage and aggressive nature of solvent screen ink gives us the ability to print a much denser stronger more vibrant colour. Unlike many more modern flat bed UV Digital Printers, which simply cannot achieve the same results.

Great Adherance

We use screen printing for the majority of our machine plates. This process gives a very good adhesion to the base material, the solvent allows the ink to bite into the material. This is great for machine plates that are required in harsh environments and conditions.

Vibrant Print

We can produce machine plates displaying a wide variety of colours, including colour matching Pantone or RAL colours. Due to the nature of our chosen printing process, adjustments can be made to ensure a good heavy layer of ink is produced whilst retaining the finer detail.

Speed

Our goal is to have your machine plates printed quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality. There will be some set up time, but once everything is in place, we can produce small or large runs of plates and rules of all shapes and sizes with sharp results and consistency.

I don't have print artwork can you still help?

Yes we can. Castle have for years worked alongside all of our customers in many industries from the off shore to petrochemical, producing artwork for approval by our clients. Just give us a call, we will take you through the rest.

How can I send my files to you?

You can upload your files through our server, an upload function is available, or use We Transfer website. Alternatively you can email them, or if you would rather Royal Mail I am sure would be happy to deliver them to us.

How quick can you turn my job round?

The million dollar question. Most of our jobs are turned round in under a week, naturally this depends on the size and quantity of the components that need printing. Regular customers will tell you some jobs have arrived and left the same day, all part of the service we like to give our valued customers.
