At Castle Promotions we manufacture a range of gaskets for various industries and operating conditions.

We produce a large range of custom cut gaskets for display screens for many electronics companies and food manufacturing. We also offer the capability of cutting cork, foam and rubber. This also opens up our ability to cut filter material for many uses.

Self-adhesive gaskets are generally used where there is a danger of the gasket slipping, or becoming deformed, in the process of being fitted. Adhesives are also used in environments where, for safety reasons, time is a limiting factor (such as in a sub-sea environment) as gaskets must be fitted very quickly.

We stock and use a wide range of 3M materials for this purpose, including liner material which helps the gasket stay flat during installation. Whether you are looking for supply only or supply and fitting, here at Castle Promotions we offer a full in house manufacturing service. Our gasket manufacturing puts us a step above the rest, we cover everything from display screen equipment, foam gaskets, to rubber seals and filter media, all cut to size. We cater for a range of materials, including 3M self adhesive, cork, paper, rubber and neoprene to name a few. We can also assist with CAD design and tooling manufacture, let our skilled team guide you through the process.

Self Adhesive Backing

Most materials we use can have the added benefit of being kiss cut, with a 3M or similar adhesive laminated to one side, ideal for many applications such as control equipment or display use.

We keep a good quantity on most commonly used materials in stock, this allows us to have full control over cost and manufacturing times so you know you can rely on us.

Filters

Part of our gasket manufacturing service allows us to produce bespoke and custom filter media. Including pre and post filters working from CAD files or drawings, we offer a full cutting and packing service.
